I called it. I opined the teenage r@pists would have a history of offending against girls. No one starts with r@pe. Just days before the r@pe, Hampshire Police were called - two of the boys assaulted two girls. One put his hands around the neck of a girl, the other put his hand up her skirt. One of the boys, who was 10 at the time, cornered a girl using his bike and said sexualized things to her. There’s more…one boy killed a duck, they’ve destroyed property and threatened people.
