@BestBuyCanada I’m done with dealing with the Geek Sqaud. 2 weeks of procrastination and no updates. Seems like I was sold a defective item. All I get is: we’ll get back to you in 1 or 2 working days. This is exhausting
@FlySwoop feel like flying on a low cost airline that randomly cancels your flight? Also one that has no customer service support when they offer you “alternatives” that don’t get you to your destination on time? Fly swoop! A great way to waste your money.
@FlySwoop you stated you can’t compensate me. When I informed you that the flights you offered did not get me to my destination on time you stopped replying. What’s going on?
@FlySwoop disgusting. You state you provided me with an alternative. The alternative would’ve gotten me to my Destination 24 hours later! Took you 3 months to respond and not pay my claim. Horrible disregard to people’s hard earned money. I need someone who can legally assist me.
