@thetrainline Hi, my granddaughter got in contact with you recently regarding my cancelled train from Victoria to Eastbourne on the 5th July which lead me to miss a family members funeral. She was told I could get a refund if I got in contact with you myself. Thank you in advance

@thetrainline I had to abandon the journey completely. My 9:46am train was due in Eastbourne around 11am so I could make the funeral for 12pm. I missed this and wasn’t able to travel on the later trains as they were also cancelled, even if they weren’t I would have missed the funeral.
