@RishiSunak Then stop creating policy that makes it harder and harder to produces competitively, whilst with the other hand undermining the sector in trade negotiations as the (pun intended) sacrificial lamb. Oh and stick to promises previously made around procurement.
@VinceMcMahonMan Yet how many people are sick of watching the same match with different faces week in week out? The same old recycled storylines year in year? You're even referencing the previous storylines in the new ones. I'm pretty sure the is a 🤡 round here but it's not @RealBrittBaker
This. This is the whole thing. I don't think anyone is disputing that there are farming practices that are carbon producing, some horrifically damaging, there are also many that aren't.
There’s then the inevitable lack of connection between both the rising UK & global population & meat consumption, and the fact that 🇬🇧 ruminants are some of the lowest carbon in the world.
We shouldn’t be cutting more sustainable production here to fuel worse elsewhere.

@emilymnorton@_FutureCountry@jake_fiennes@EdenSwimmer Recognition for the rural economy.
Recognition that farming made the countryside that tourists want to visit.
Recognition that cheap food still needs to be paid for.
Recognition that farmers solve more problems than they create but take the wrap for even more than that.
Any dairy🐄 farmers in my #Twittersphere please could you fill out my survey as part of my final year dissertation📝 : https://t.co/O21Bnha3Fr
For anyone not #TeamDairy a share would be much appreciated 🚜😎
@RevRichardColes A lot of these sort of problems, I believe, would be solved by making parliamentarians live on the basic living wage, without the like perks of things like subsidised food.
I think things would change rapidly.
