@debsw_nras Was the best weekend I've had in a long time! But yes, have been walking like the tinman from The Wizard of Oz today! Being punished for a weekend away is just one of the down sides of this disease but like the usual warriors we are, we will carry on! ❤👊🏼

Amazing weekend away in London with @LynseyNras. However we are both suffering with the consequences of living with JIA. It is such a cruel disease, all my joints are painful & I can not walk today. Was it worth it yes but I hope the flaring stops soon. #InvisibleIllness #JIA

@loosewomen I tell you now...my 3 year old will not be wearing a mask. Her development has already taken too much of a hit by being told to shield for nearly a year. Ps. I can blow out a naked flame wearing a mask

@12_Spoons Definitely worth talking to the school nurse bout emotional support..mayb the school could do an information session to raise awareness..? Or maybe she could invite her friends round and explain to them all at once what JIA is..I know its difficult for her 😕

@12_Spoons 🤔 would it help to give her friends the JIA booklet to help explain what she has or would they not bother to read it? Does the school have a school nurse or counsellor she could see?

@12_Spoons 😔 I honestly know how she feels as I've been there myself. I know it doesn't seem like it now, but it will get better for her. What are her school doing to support her with her JIA?
