@Ticketmaster your online customer service is appalling. Trying to speak to somebody regarding a mistake on your behalf is harder than winning the lotto. I look forward to speaking with someone in your complaints department who knows how to deal with the issue in hand

- not once have @LloydsBank contacted me with regards to the situation, nor have they protected me OR my account during the fruad, they have failed me massively and have neglected to protect me or my money
- and the most shameful thing is that..

- I requested my bank account be frozen and my cards cancelled, so long as my direct debits could remain as most of them were due on the upcoming Monday
- On Sunday, my bank account was attacked- All my money.. GONE.
- I called the bank to inform them of this disaster....
5/5 I am disgusted in the lack of customer support, care or any type of attention that @LloydsBank have provided. They have been utterly useless! Today, I called them to get an update, again off my own accord- &still, NOTHING. They have done literally NOTHING! @BBCWatchdog#SCAM

The only time @LloydsBank have made any correspondence has been to demand money for the overdraft of money that I was also scammed of, but yet they have NOT once given me any reassurance, any comfort or any type of response as to the mess I am left in.

Please can any of my friends who use Twitter retweet my thread about Lloyds Bank. I would really appreciate it. Like a LOT, A LOT. This is not for me. This is for everyone out there being affected by scams without being protected by their banks. Its serious not good enough.
