📍The Ministry of Health was allocated a measly US$44 million from @ZimTreasury in the 2025 National Budget.

📍Wicknel’s company was allegedly awarded a US$400 million cancer equipment contract.

📍In terms of clause 3.49 of Wicknel’s alleged contract, he was to be paid US$52,5 million in advance (before any performance or delivery). This advance payment already exceeds the National Budget.

📍The contract further states that Wicknel js to be paid US$109,320,600.00 annually. His annual payment is more than double the entire budget of the Ministry of Health.

It’s a mess.
