Meant dept of ed. The 10k forgiveness process will likely be through the us gov/dept of ed website as they’ll need to verify income, is what I was told.

If you paid student loans during the hold on repayments, call your loan holder & ask for a refund. I did and they put the request in with the gov of ed (takes 60 days to process). 10k forgiveness process w/ loan holder isn’t sorted yet but coming soon.
