@tracyktownsend The most powerful is self inquiries. When you see a feeling that makes you to react, donโt react and stay in the gap, look for what is pushing/pulling. When you find nothing eventually, the reaction is weakened or dropped. There are more about this method https://t.co/rx2I68An9U
@_StevenFan I've started with artificial jhanas but now they just happen automatically. Resources - TMI, Right Concentration, Rob Burbea's retreat, bits of twim.
@_StevenFan Have you tried a practice of self inquiring? https://t.co/M3qBuecExM fetters 4-5. I noticed it helps a lot in making the gap between intention and reaction bigger and more noticeable.
@hemeon We are currently working on a VR experience aimed at facilitating easier and faster access to jhana states, which can be comparable to the experiences induced by MDMA and 5-MeO-DMT. =)
@algekalipso @Ertect99 What factors do you think might be hindering your ability to re-enter jhana in daily life? Is it the presence of craving or self-doubt, or something else?
