Quick update from DMs: Ms. Hannah Malla walked into Meridian Equator Hospital with abdominal pain, was diagnosed with gallbladder stones, and underwent what should have been a routine laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

What followed was severe complications, corrective surgery at another facility, and a case that is now before the courts, challenging both the hospital and the doctor involved.

My brother @cmwenda93 , also walked into the same hospital for what was meant to be a routine medical procedure. He never walked out alive.

His death is now under investigation as we continues to demand answers, transparency, and accountability. The same doctor is involved. Dr. Murimi and I’m not sure how @kmpdu @KmpdcOfficial allow him to operate.

These are not rumours or speculation. One case is actively in court, the other under investigation. When multiple patients are harmed in separate incidents involving the same institution and practitioner, the public has a right to ask hard questions.

Patient safety is not optional. Accountability is not negotiable.
