Developing: An Ohio statute allows private citizens to file criminal charges. Today, a Haitian organization filed criminal charges against & seeks the arrests of Donald Trump and JD Vance for disrupting public services, making false alarms for comments made about Springfield, OH.

GREAT NEWS: A Haitian nonprofit organization has filed criminal charges against trump and JD Vance, calling for their arrest and charging them with disrupting public service, making false claims, among other charges.

The Haitian Bridge Alliance filed the charges because of the malicious lies being spread and repeated by the trump campaign claiming that Haitian migrants are eating cats and dogs.

The Clark County Municipal Court has to determine whether charges are warranted in order for an arrest warrant to be issued.
