BREAKING: A federal judge is now signaling the Trump administrationās so-called āweaponization fundā may have emerged from collusive litigation and could potentially amount to fraud on the court.
That is nuclear-level language from a judge.
āFraud on the courtā is not normal criticism.
It is reserved for situations where a court believes it may have been manipulated, misled, or used as part of a coordinated scheme.
And the judge reportedly pointed to two giant red flags:
- the massive $1.8 billion settlement amount
- and concerns the opposing sides may not have actually been acting as true adversaries
Translation?
The court is openly questioning whether this lawsuit was partially engineered to create a taxpayer-funded political compensation machine.
That is an absolutely extraordinary development.
The level of corruption, bribery, grifting, pardons, and deceit by the Trump family is absolutely insane. How much heās set our Nation back is mind-numbing. And almost unbelievable, but you know itās all real. No other Administration comes close.
A federal judge just ordered Trumpās name removed from the Kennedy Center because it honors JFK, not Donald Trump.
America deserves a president, not a narcissist-in-chief who treats public office as a vehicle for self-promotion and personal enrichment.
It just dawned on me what they are actually proposing.
They arenāt going to release the sanctioned Iranian funds, they are going to get the US and GCC to put money into an āinternational reconstruction investment fundā so they can dole contracts out to Kushner and his cronies.
LOL holy crap this administration is so corrupt itās actually stunning at times.
New: A top White House aide intervened to get a $620 million Pentagon loan for a company tied to Donald Trump Jr.
āThe call came from the White House: We have to get this done,ā said one person involved.

In 1998, the United States achieved its first federal budget surplus in 29 years, effectively ending a streak of deficits that had lasted since 1969. ā
ā
This milestone was achieved under President Bill Clinton, following the passage of the Balanced Budget Act of 1997, which resulted in a fiscal surplus of approximately $69 billion for that year.ā
ā
Megyn Kelly, who endorsed and campaigned for Trump in the 2024 election:
āI didnāt expect the corruption to be quite as widespread as it has been. The self-dealing, the lining of his and his familyās pockets. Itās shocking⦠You look across the board at the Trump family, Iāve never seen a family get so rich off the presidency.ā
HOLY CRAP Trump actually accomplished a miracle. Here is what he got out of Iran:
- Reduce its stockpile of enriched uranium by about 98%
- Limit uranium enrichment to 3.67% purity (far below weapons-grade)
- Cut the number of installed centrifuges by roughly two-thirds
- Only enrich uranium at one declared site (Natanz)
- Stop enrichment activities at Fordow and convert it into a research facility
- Redesign the Arak heavy-water reactor so it could not easily produce weapons-grade plutonium
- Ship out or dilute excess enriched uranium
Allow extensive inspections by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA)
Permit continuous monitoring of nuclear facilities and supply chains
- Accept āsnapā inspections under expanded monitoring rules
- Avoid building new heavy-water reactors for years
- Stay within strict limits on uranium stockpile size and centrifuge development for set periods ranging from 10ā25 years
Ooops, sorry!
That was the JCPOA that Obama signed with Iran, only to have him tear it up, kill 140 kids, get hundreds of Americans injured, 13 killed, and gas prices to surge 50%.
NYT out with a jaw dropping investigative report on the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. 60 Minutes reported last Sunday on some of this, too. The NYT report is a must-read, the 60 Minutes report should then be watched. 1/3
The Wall Street Journal is reporting that the DHS Inspector General just opened an audit into a $38 billion warehouse-to-detention scheme that Kristi Noem and her top adviser Corey Lewandowski rammed through.
ICE bought 11 vacant warehouses in a matter of months, paying 11 to 13 percent above market value.
The properties werenāt even zoned for detention. No working plumbing for thousands of detainees. But Noem and Lewandowski pressured ICE to open them by yearās end anyway.
The result? At least $1 billion already spent on nine facilities. Nearly 50 contractors paid $1.7 billion since Trump took office.
Companies with zero immigration detention experience suddenly winning massive federal contracts.
One firm that didnāt even exist until June 2024 got a $6 million DHS contract this January.
Noem is gone.
Lewandowski is gone.
But the bill is still landing on the taxpayer, and the IG investigation is just getting started.
Accountability cannot end when the perpetrators walk out the door.
Every contract needs scrutiny.
Every dollar needs to be traced.
Every official who steered money to inexperienced contractors needs to answer under oath.

Not enough people are talking about this.
A Florida airport was renamed after Donald Trump. He walked away with the trademark, the licensing rights, and a deal that lets him profit off every piece of merchandise sold there.
But the story of how he got it is even worse.
County staff told commissioners that rejecting the name change would put state transportation funding at risk. DeSantis has already removed state attorneys and school board members who dared to cross him. That is the reality the Democratic commissioner who cast the deciding vote was living in when she made her choice: hand Donald Trump control of a public airport or watch Florida Republicans strip funding from the very people she was elected toĀ represent.
That isĀ absolutely insane.
Florida Republicans handed Trump a money machine and called it a naming rights deal, and the people of Palm Beach County never got a say in any of it.

Remember: it was like pulling teeth to get Republicans to fund the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund.
But it took them no time at all to create a $1.8 billion Insurrection Slush Fund to pay off the legal fees of the January 6th rioters who beat cops.
These are sick, corrupt people.
Trump sued his own government for $10 billion. Today he settled with the DOJ he runs and cut the judge out of the process.
The deal: a $1.8 billion taxpayer-funded slush fund his Attorney General controls, with no court oversight and no transparency. Itās the most corrupt scheme of his presidency.
Trump didnāt just pardon his followers who stormed the U.S. Capitol.
Heās now set them up for payments through a slush fund he created to reward his alliesāout of your tax dollars.
You could not make this up.
