Many of them came home to protests, silence, or worse. It’s a solemn reminder of how important it is to always stand behind our service members, not just when they’re deployed, but when they come home.

To our Vietnam Veterans: We see you, we honor you, and we’re grateful for your service and sacrifice. Welcome Home!

This image was inspired by "Reflections," created by artist Lee Teter in 1988. Teter was commissioned by a group of Vietnam veterans to create his piece, and he chose to depict actual individuals in the reflections. Notably, he does not profit from the sales of his print; instead, the proceeds benefit veterans and their families.
