In DT, we have been designing and creating our own Christmas decorations using salt dough. We are at the final stages; adding finishing touches by painting in the detail.

We are lucky to have 'Bonanza Creative' in class today teaching us all about the dangers of carbon monoxide. We have learned about what happens to our body when we breathe in CO and what we can do to stay safe.
In our outdoor learning today, we looked at the different habitats that animals in our local area might live in. We went on a hunt to find examples and created nests for different types of birds.
Today all our chairs went on strike! They will only come back once we have persuaded them that we will look after them properly so we have been working hard on writing persuasive letters to try and get them back. Hopefully they will be back tomorrow!
In our outdoor science lesson this week, we looked at the differences between evergreen and deciduous trees. We found examples of both in the school grounds and compared leaves from both.
In preparation for our trip on Thursday, we have been finding out facts about the Bronze Age. We wrote as many as we could remember on our brainstorms!
For the next three Wednesdays, M3 will be having outdoor learning sessions. Please send children into school in normal school uniform, but with wellies or a spare pair of shoes and a warm coat. Thank you!
