A realistic environment study by Sergej Smilkov focused on atmosphere, scale, and restraint.
The goal was a grounded, photographic feel, natural color balance, strong depth separation, and believable lighting over stylization.
Terrain and large-scale forms were created in Gaea, with vegetation assembled using foliage assets from @sweeper3d 's Arborea add-on. Final lighting and rendering were done in Blender, with careful attention to atmospheric perspective and material aging to support realism.
