De @Tesla community houdt hier al geruime tijd de vinger aan de pols over de toelating voor de FSD-technologie op onze Vlaamse en Belgische wegen.
Uit waardering voor jullie niet-aflatende interesse (en aanmoediging 😉), krijgen jullie hierbij de primeur: ik heb net de toelating getekend! 🚘

It has been confirmed today by the global Belgian minister of mobility that if one of the region (Brussels, Wallonia or Flanders) approves Tesla FSD the authorization becomes valid on the whole Belgian territory! This is superb news! See the below confirmation email (in French)

After more than two hours of other questions we finally reached the ones about FSD. One focussed on road safety, the other on the current situation. The minister mentioned her social media exploded when she posted about Tesla FSD and the most important part was she instructed her administration to focus on the differences between The Netherlands and Belgium and to not start from zero. That's why 5K kilometers will be enough, I guess. Meanwhile license plate and insurance are settled and testing can start.
