تحب و الا تكره ، رونالدو يلزم نعترف أننا امام أسطورة خالدة في عالم القدم و الرياضة ، رونالدو لم يكن مجرد لاعب أو هدّاف، كريس مثّل عقلية خاصة جدا، فهو الرياضي الذي نحت في الصخر اسمه، البطل الذي لم يستسلم للعواصف، النجم الذي نجح بتواضعه في نيل محبة الناس، رونالدو آمن و دافع عن حلمه لاخر لحظة ، تحدى الزمن و دافع عن احلامه بكل قوة و شراسة.
بخروج البرتغال ، ضاع حلم معانقة كأس العالم و لكن هذا لا يمنع أن الدون خالد في تاريخ الكرة كقصة نجاح لن تتكرر.
شكرا رونالدو للسنوات التي شغلت فيها الدنيا بجهدك ، موهبتك ، تعبك و عرقك. عزيمتك و اصرارك ستبقى اسم و صورة محفورة في قلوبنا قبل عقولنا.

🔵 مورينيو إلى ريال مدريد ؟ عودة لا تشبه العودة… و 10 شروط تهزّ الطاولة 🤯!

يبدو أنّ جوزيه مورينيو لا يفكّر في العودة إلى ريال مدريد كمدرّب عادي، ولا كحلّ مؤقت يمرّ من الباب الخلفي. البرتغالي، حسب تقارير صحفية اسبانية متداولة ، وضع تصورًا كاملًا لعودته إلى البرنابيو… عودة بصلاحيات واسعة و شروط واضحة و رسالة واحدة: إما أن يعود مورينيو كما يريد، أو لا يعود أصلًا.

مورينيو يريد عقدًا لعامين، لا موسمًا واحدًا ولا مشروعًا طويلًا بلا تقييم. يريد فترة كافية ليبني ، يختبر، و يحاسب نفسه و النادي، ثم بعد ذلك يمكن الحديث عن التمديد إلى 2028.

أما إعلاميًا، فالبرتغالي لا يريد تكرار سيناريو تجربته الأولى. هذه المرّة لا يريد أن يكون واجهة النادي في كل الملفات، و لا أن يتحول إلى متحدث رسمي عن قضايا لا علاقة لها بالفريق الأول.
مورينيو يريد الكلام فقط فيما يهمه كمدرّب، في حدود الملعب، المجموعة، المباريات، والقرارات الفنية.

و في غرفة الملابس، الشرط الأهم: لا تدخل في التشكيلة ، من لا يركض، لا يلعب ، من لا يلتزم دفاعيًا، يجلس على الدكة ، من لا يخدم الفريق، لا مكان له مهما كان اسمه أو نجوميته .
بالنسبة لمورينيو، هذا خط أحمر لا يقبل النقاش.

كما يشترط أن يدخل بطاقمه الفني الخاص، بنفس الأسماء التي يثق بها، مع إمكانية بقاء ألفارو أربيلوا ضمن الجهاز إذا أراد النادي ذلك. وفي المقابل، يريد خروج أنطونيو بينتوس معتبرًا أنّ المشاكل البدنية التي عرفها الفريق في السنوات الأخيرة لا تليق بنادٍ بحجم ريال مدريد.

مورينيو يريد أيضًا إصلاحًا واضحًا في الجانب الطبي، من خلال بروتوكول يسمح بالحصول على رأي طبي ثانٍ عند الحاجة، حتى لا تتكرر أخطاء التشخيص أو سوء إدارة الإصابات.

وعلى مستوى الفريق، لا يرى مورينيو أنّ كل الأسماء الحالية مؤهلة للاستمرار.
حسب الأخبار الصحفية ، يريد رحيل 7 لاعبين لا يعتبرهم مناسبين لمشروعه، بعيدًا عن الأسماء التي تنتهي عقودها أصلًا ولن يتم التجديد لها.

أما إداريًا، فالبرتغالي يريد قناة اتصال واحدة فقط: فلورنتينو بيريز.
لا يريد شرح قراراته لأكثر من مسؤول، ولا الدخول في دوامة المكاتب والاجتماعات الجانبية ، الرئيس فقط هو مرجعه المباشر و الوحيد.

حتى الجولات الصيفية الخارجية، وضع عليها مورينيو علامة رفض. لا أمريكا، لا آسيا، لا سفر طويل من أجل المال على حساب التحضير ، يريد مباريات وديّة قليلة، مدروسة، وتحت إشرافه الكامل.

و الشرط العاشر يلخّص كل شيء:
⛔️ هذه المطالب ليست للمساومة.
إما قبول كامل ✅ أو جواب مورينيو سيكون واضحًا: لا ❌

عودة مورينيو إلى ريال مدريد إن حدثت، لن تكون مجرد عودة مدرب سابق إلى نادٍ يعرفه جيدًا… بل ستكون عودة رجل يريد أن يمسك بكل الخيوط، يفرض النظام، يضبط غرفة الملابس، ويعيد شخصية “الفريق المحارب” إلى البرنابيو.
