@HakeamHA This is so unfortunate for Rivaroxiban. However with the dual prise of apixaban, patients tend to prefer Rivaroxiban. (Coming from a patient that used to take Eliquis and was very difficult to not forget or have a delay in medication).

@Naif_87 I guess the the Left iliac is difficult by crossover from the right side. I would suggest an antegrade access by either the axillary or humeral access (ponction or cut thru). With wires (ASAHI halberd or gladius) with a good recanalisation wire such as the CXI.
