Twitter account for the MA Applied Theatre: Arts, Action, Change @TheatreWarwick in the School of Creative Arts, Performance and Visual Cultures @WarwickUni
Delighted and terrified in equal measure that my first book is finally out! If you’re into #appliedtheatre, problems with #globaldevelopment and transnational collaboration, and reflective practice, hopefully this will be of interest https://t.co/SNgChKZgXN
We are hoping to meet as many A level & Drama GCSE students in Birmingham as we can this year. How? By offering a free visit to your department to talk theatre, about what we do & answer questions. Details are in the video…

An invigorating day at Warwick Uni with MA Applied Theatre students discussing Theatre in Prison. We navigated the complexities of facilitation, emotions, & self-care in this transformative field. Grateful for the exchange of ideas and eager minds! 🎭 #UnlockDrama#AppliedTheatre
Thrilled once again to have my dear friend, the brilliant @thesusanclarke, working with @MAATWarwick students exploring ways of responding to and shaping the cultural zeitgeist.
Once again I am reminded of the value of taking theatre into prison. This week, students from @TheatreWarwick have been at @HMPHewell exploring issues relating to relationships, identity, and goal setting. Big thanks as always to @HMPHewellGov and all the staff for enabling this.
I’m really impressed with the work that’s gone into creating this piece. The contributions of ideas, the scouring of 250+ episodes of World of Wonder/Look and Learn magazines from the ‘70s, & the final assembly by the wonderful Emily Andrews. Come and see it if you can.
