BREAKING: Donald Trump's historic losing streak worsens as the federal appeals court in D.C. declines to rehear arguments over the standing gag order preventing Trump from smearing witnesses and court staff in the special counsel's January 6th case.

But it gets even better...

The gag order — which was placed on Trump by Judge Tanya Chutkan last year — has been a weight around the ex-president's neck. He relies on his ability to rant and lie to his followers to keep his political career afloat. That's been denied to him.

Better yet, not a single of the 11 judges from the DC Circuit Court of Appeals dissented with the decision to uphold the gag order. Clearly, Trump's lawyers failed to make a compelling argument.

Now, the only option left is for Trump to appeal directly to the Supreme Court...

BREAKING: Trumper Congressman George Santos gets brutal news as the House Ethics Committee announces that it found evidence of MULTIPLE crimes committed by Santos — and recommends that he be criminally prosecuted by the Justice Department.

BREAKING: Donald Trump is publicly humiliated in court as as judge sternly orders him to quiet down after he threw up his hands in frustration and whined aloud to his lawyers while a witness was testifying against him.

This is just too perfect...

Trump has gone from the most powerful man in the world with a nuclear arsenal at his fingertips to just another common criminal getting berated in court for bad behavior.

The case is related to the massive widespread fraud he and the Trump Organization allegedly committed.

Judge Arthur Engoron gave the command after Trump's animated discussion with his lawyers grew too loud and disruptive.

A lawyer for the state asked the judge to ask Trump and his defense team to "stop commenting during the witness’ testimony" because the "exhortations" were audible on the witness side of the room.

The judge obliged, adding that they must be quiet, "particularly if it’s meant to influence the testimony."

BREAKING: CNN drops bombshell on Trumper Congressman Matt Gaetz, reveals that Republican House Speaker Kevin McCarthy and his allies are preparing to launch a counterattack against Gaetz by “expelling” him from Congress for trying to launch a mutiny against McCarthy.

CNN reports that McCarthy and his “allies have been gearing up for the fight over the speakership” and want to “neuter” the “threat” posed by Matt Gaetz and his MAGA following.

To make matters worse for Gaetz, CNN reports that McCarthy’s allies want to “hit” Gaetz “head on” by “expelling” him from Congress by using an upcoming report by the House Ethics Committee that they know will expose unprecedented corruption and ethics violations by Gaetz — presumably starting with the startling evidence that Matt Gaetz engaged in child sex-trafficking.

One Republican Congressman didn’t mince words, telling CNN, “We want Gaetz out.”

This would be a fitting ending to Gaetz political career. He tried to hold the American government hostage, and just like Donald Trump, he’s about to be out of a job.

BREAKING: Reporters drop bombshell, reveal that “a secret campaign coordinated by top Trump allies” got Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton acquitted at his impeachment by threatening senators with “a very well-funded primary opponent in their next election.”

But it gets WORSE…

“Top Republican strategists” spilled the beans, telling Axios that Trump and his allies may have broken several election laws, because they “organized an under-the-radar campaign of outside conservative pressure on the Texas senators designed to neutralize mainstream media coverage” — and that “this outside unofficial team operated independently of the Paxton legal operation — like a super PAC.”

The bombshell report continues, revealing how “Pro-Paxton forces also paid social media influencers to defend the attorney general,” including white nationalist group Turning Point USA's Charlie Kirk, which was described as “vital” because “he had his people posting senators' office numbers and was giving them out on his show. Driving the senators absolutely crazy."

Once again, Trump and his propagandists made mockery of the law to get one of their fellow criminals off the hook.

BREAKING: Republican 2024 presidential candidate Donald Trump gets devastating news as a massive lawsuit is filed that legal experts are already saying “could lead to Trump getting removed in all 50 states by the U.S. Supreme Court."

But it gets even WORSE for Donald Trump…

The lawsuit was filed in Minnesota — and the Minnesota Secretary of State just announced that he will remove Trump from the ballot if the Minnesota Supreme Court rules that he can. Legal experts are already saying that this will create a “domino effect” that can lead to Trump being removed from the ballot “in all 50 states.”

To make matters worse for Trump, Harvard’s most famous Constitutional Law expert says that the lawsuit is “rock solid as a legal matter, relying entirely on existing law and indisputable facts of public record."

The lawsuit is going to be heard by the Minnesota Supreme Court — and it demands that the court immediately remove Trump from the Minnesota ballot for engaging in insurrection, declaring, “"Donald J. Trump, through his words and actions, after swearing an oath as an officer of the United States to support the Constitution, engaged in insurrection or rebellion, or gave aid and comfort to its enemies, as defined by Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment.”

Well said. America MUST never allow a traitorous insurrectionist anywhere near our presidential ballots.

BREAKING: President Biden torches Donald Trump's disastrous record in a blockbuster speech and coins a humiliating new nickname for his repeatedly indicted rival.

Speaking in Maryland today, Biden said that he wanted to "compare the records" between himself and Trump when it comes to "reducing the debt." The numbers speak for themselves.

"Under my predecessor, remember the self professed King of Debt? Turned out he was the Emperor of Debt," said Biden. "He created more debt than any other president in one year. No, I'm serious!"

This is the ugly little truth that Republicans always ignore. Donald Trump skyrocketed the U.S. debt by giving massive handouts to the rich but still his party wants to claim that they stand for "fiscal responsibility."

"For starters when he passed that $2 trillion tax cut skewed to the wealthy and big corporations they didn't pay for a penny of it," said Biden. "The end result was that it has ballooned the national debt by nearly forty percent."

Today, I joined my brother and host of the @AfClimateSummit, His Excellency @WilliamsRuto, at the launch of the Financing Locally Led Climate Action (FLLoCA) Programme - a Kenyan Government-led action-oriented initiative designed to benefit millions of Kenyans and lay the foundation for robust climate adaptation efforts over the next decade.

The transformative action taken by the Kenyan Government to reduce community-level vulnerability and build resilience to #climatechange impacts is a commendable step that should be replicated across #Africa to promote country-specific solutions to the climate change challenges.

On our part, #SierraLeone will work with #Kenya and our development partners to formulate a similar initiative to strengthen our 446 wards nationwide.

I am optimistic that our partners will be encouraged by such South-South cooperation and learning model amongst African countries. This could shorten the time to design various programmes and help countries move faster in developing bankable projects to crowd in more significant private investment flow.

BREAKING: Donald Trump idiotically digs his legal hole even deeper by unleashing a threat to flee to Russia and live with Vladimir Putin after the judge in the Fulton County set his bond at $200,000 and barred him from intimidating witnesses.

While he claimed separately that he will surrender to local Georgia authorities on Thursday, a Truth Social post has set off alarm bells even if it's ostensibly a "joke."

In the truly bizarre post, Trump whined that the "failed District Attorney of Fulton County (Atlanta), Fani Willis" has "insisted" on his current bond.

"I assume, therefore, that she thought I was a ‘flight’ risk - I’d fly far away, maybe to Russia, Russia, Russia, share a gold domed suite with Vladimir, never to be seen or heard from again," Trump taunted.

The idea of Donald Trump fleeing the country like a cartel boss is NOT farfetched in any sense. This is a man who has spent his entire life breaking the law and now faces the possibility of finally paying the price for his crimes. Of course he has at the very least considered fleeing — and will find the idea even more appealing if he's convicted.

But he wasn't done there.

"Would I be able to take my very ‘understated’ airplane with the gold TRUMP affixed for all to see. Probably not, I’d be much better off flying commercial - I’m sure nobody would recognize me!" Trump added, attempting to make a mockery of this entire process.

Trump can "joke" all he wants. In the end, Fani Willis is going to get the last laugh.

BREAKING: Scandal rocks the Republican Party as it's revealed that infamous right-wing hack James O'Keefe — founder of the vile propaganda outfit Project Veritas — is under criminal investigation by the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office in New York.

The bombshell news, reported by The Nation, is still fully emerging. It's as yet unclear exactly what crimes O'Keefe is being investigated for, but it is likely tied to the allegations of financial malfeasance stemming from his time as CEO of Project Veritas.

Ultimately, O'Keefe was forced to resign amidst scandal in February after the board of directors accused him of wasting "an excessive amount of donor funds in the last three years on personal luxuries."

This is kind of crime is ripped right out of the Republican Party. So many of these political operatives, including the conservative judges on the Supreme Court, are really only interested in money and perks. They're driven by greed as much, if not more, than they are by ideology.

MAGA fans are already calling for the investigation to be aborted.

BREAKING: Melania Trump's former right-hand woman
Stephanie Grisham sounds the alarm about what Donald Trump is preparing to do to derail his 2020 election fraud case — and we need to be ready for it.

According to Grisham's dire warning, Trump is so desperate to avoid prison time that he will do anything to avoid it...

She suspects that he will likely publicly share evidence from the case, regardless of whether or not the judge imposes a protective order to stop him from doing just that.

"I think that he wants to derail this case," said Grisham. "I think that he wants to be able to know what’s going on in the indictment and with the grand jury so he can derail this case."

"It’s Donald Trump, and he doubles down on everything. If somebody tells him no, then he’s immediately going to do the opposite," she added.

Federal prosecutors are clearly worried that Donald Trump will do exactly that, which is why the are seeking the protective order. Evidence that he could possibly leak to hurt the trial include grand jury details and witness testimony.

"I can almost guarantee you that if the judge rules in Trump’s favor, he will absolutely put things out there in an attempt to derail the case, because that only makes it draw out longer, it gives him more time to potentially win the election and drop all the charges against himself," said Grisham.

Imagine the damage that Trump could do by leaking the names of people involved in this case. MAGA fanatics have already shown they are more than capable of ruthless violence.
