Hollywood actor Giancarlo Esposito, who was well known for playing the role of Gus Fring in Breaking Bad, has reportedly embraced Islam whilst filming a project in Saudi Arabia.

Turki Alalshikh, a government official in Saudi Arabia, who is the chairman of the General Entertainment Authority posted on X: “Giancarlo Esposito, the movie and Breaking Bad star, recites the Shahada and joins the crew for prayer yesterday at the mosque after feeling at ease dealing with Muslims during filming in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia… Praise be to Allāh”.
