Big Joe had a way of making everything feel bigger, brighter, and more possible. He didn’t just love the big moments, he LIVED for them. He made sure everyone else did too.

We didn’t grow up around horse racing. Joe brought us into the spirit of sport. He taught us to swing for the fences; celebrate everything; and never wait for “someday.”

To be at @ChurchillDowns during @KentuckyDerby week, with BAYTOWN DREAMER… it’s emotional for us because we know exactly who should be here with us.

He is, in a way.

We see him in the fighting spirit of our trainer, Paul McEntee - @mcenteeracing. The way we cheer. In the way we celebrate. In the way we don’t take a single second for granted.

Joe was the heart of all of this. And he always will be. We’re proud to continue his legacy and to work with the @maccfund to support their efforts against childhood cancer.

I don’t know @MattGinella but we’re both part of a group text with a bunch of golf nerds. When I posted in that chat letting everyone know about my auction Matt responded with a super generous offer to contribute…a round for 3 at Goat Hill Park (super cool spot) with him and Linksoul founder John Ashworth.
