Meet Andile Ngcobo who became the first-generation farmer managing 30 hectares at the age of 24.

In 2013, he enrolled at Cedara College of Agriculture to study farming.

Today he owns a 1,300-hectare farm, employs 40 permanent workers + 108 seasonal workers, and supplies produce to Shoprite and Checkers.
