T-MACS is based on logistic regression. It isn't only great at rule out but also does a great job at ruling patients in as well.

Originally, #TMACS and #MACSRule had only been shown to work with one assay: hs-troponin T

One criticism was that the #MACSRule used an #HFABP assay that couldn't be run in the ED. @RandoxOfficial developed an automated assay to overcome that! It can be run on any lab analyzer
