๐ข Sept 4โ5, 2025: the 1st โMagnetic Soft Matter for Roboticsโ conference took place at @UnivLjubljana ๐ธ๐ฎ. Organized within the EU MSCA #MAESTRINetwork, it gathered 32 researchers from 6 countries to share insights on the future of #MagneticSoftMatter in #Robotics.
From July 7โ11, MAESTRI PhDs Troy Baker, Gian Paolo Currร & Danica Tan met in Pontedera, IT to study magnetoactive elastomers (MAEs). They tested strength and friction under magnetic fields and showed differences between pure silicone and various MAEs.
