On this day 250 years ago, our forefathers gathered for a national day of fasting and prayer. Today, Americans will come together again as one Nation under God.
This is who we are and who we’ve always been.

Happy National Day of Prayer! 🙏✝️
Today is the 75th anniversary of the national Day of Prayer and this year is the 250th anniversary of America!
We must appeal to heaven on behalf of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Let us know how you're celebrating the national Day of Prayer. We'd love to hear about how the movement is spreading across Massachusetts!
VICTORY - Shipment of mail-order abortion drugs is paused!
The Fifth Circuit has granted our motion to stay in Louisiana v. FDA. This means shipment of mail-order abortion drugs is paused nationwide while we continue our appeal.
Thank you to @AGLizMurrill for her tireless work on this case.
WATCH the story of Rosalie Markezich, a co-plaintiff in the case, whose boyfriend pressured her to take these drugs.
⚖️ The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld Texas’ Ten Commandments law (S.B. 10), allowing displays to remain in public school classrooms across the state.
In a major ruling on the merits, the court rejected challenges under the Establishment Clause and signaled that the old precedent used against these displays is no longer controlling.
Leaders behind the law are calling this a landmark victory for religious liberty and constitutional truth, affirming that acknowledging the moral and historical foundations of American law does not violate the First Amendment.
The court recognized the Ten Commandments as part of the historical tradition that helped shape our legal system and made clear the Constitution does not require removing all references to religion from public life.
We are disappointed that the Supreme Court denied our request to take this case. However, we're grateful for the opportunity we had to represent these parents over the past four years. No parent should ever intentionally be kept in the dark by a school system on crucial decisions about their child's mental health and well-being. Public opinion is shifting in favor of parental rights on this issue, and we trust that the Supreme Court will soon grant a petition in a similar case and finally put an end to this unethical and unconstitutional practice. We will not rest until it does.

Worcester has become ground zero for the sex ed opt-out movement in Massachusetts, with nearly 4,000 students opted out of the “Rights, Respect, Responsibility” (3Rs) curriculum in a single year.
Many parents still don’t realize what’s actually being taught. Behind harmless-sounding lesson titles, controversial content is being introduced as early as 1st grade.
Parents have a legal right to review their child’s curriculum, but access isn’t always easy. That’s why a new resource now provides direct links to these lessons so families can see for themselves.
If you’re a parent in Worcester, or anywhere in Massachusetts, don’t stay in the dark. Review the material. Know your rights. Protect your kids.
