आखिर @OfficialNBCC को @UPRERAofficial स��� पूरी छूट क्यों चाहिए?

क्या इसकी एक वजह Structural Defect Liability से बचना भी है?

RERA के तहत किसी भी संस्था/बिल्डर द्वारा निर्मित भवन में Structural Defect Liability की जिम्मेदारी होत��� है। निर्माण में किसी भी प्रकार की संरचनात्मक कमी या दोष पाए जाने पर संबंधित संस्था की 5 वर्ष तक जिम्मेदारी बनी रहती है।

इसके साथ Possession की तारीख को बार-बार मनमाने तरीके से बढ़ाने की गुंजाइश भी नहीं रहती। जैसे इन्होंने आम्रपाली में कियाl

@OfficialNBCC द्वारा आम्रपाली में कंस्ट्रक्शन क्वॉलिटी को लेकर buyers की शिकायतें बेहद गंभीर रही हैं तथा बार-बार पज़ेशन की तारीख बढ़ाई गई, ऐसे में RERA से बाहर होने पर buyers की सुरक्षा और accountability कमजोर हो सकती है।

हम NBCC के खिलाफ नहीं हैं। उसे सिर्फ जरूरी और सीमित रियायतें मिलनी चाहिए जैसे किसी surplus project का पैसा, नियमों के तहत, funding की कमी वाले दूसरे project में लगाया जा सके।

��ेकिन Quality, Structural Defect Liability और Possession timeline से जुड़े RERA प्रावधानों से पूरी छूट नहीं दी जानी चाहिए।

Project पूरा करने की सुविधा NBCC को मिले, लेकिन Buyers के अधिकारों की कीमत पर नहीं।
