The first step is simply starting to keep second versions of yourself.
Not as a product. As a quiet habit. Something that already helps with health, thinking, training, recovery. A second me that knows the pattern of your sleep, your stress, your workouts, the way you actually decide when you’re tired.
The system is agentic. It does not only answer. It acts. And the range is wider than most people expect. Even food is spirituality. What you eat shapes attention, mood, clarity. The same data that tracks a workout can track how a meal changes the quality of your thoughts the next morning. Body, mind, and whatever sits above them are not separate files.
Neuralink shows one extreme of the same direction: high bandwidth between mind and machine. Most of us will never get an implant. What we can do is start collecting the data that will matter later. Years of it. Maybe forty. Real personal history, not generic advice.
Systems get stronger on the data they are given. If the only record of you is scattered apps and forgotten notes, they will guess. If you have been tracking yourself with some care, there is a second version already shaped by your actual life. Later, when something needs to help you, it can start from that instead of from zero.
It is insurance, just not the kind that pays money. Insurance that something trained on you still knows how to give you a hand.

Neuralink’s first product is called Telepathy.
It enables high-speed communication with computers or humans simply by thinking. Output bandwidth will vastly exceed the fastest human speech or typing in a few years. Read that sentence again.
