Hello @RBI @RBIsays , My CMS complaint (N202526013020027) against SBFC Finance (NBFC) was closed without satisfactory resolution — despite submitting clear documented evidence of procedural violations, misrepresentation, manipulation, malpractices, and unethical conduct. No action, penalty, or public disclosure followed. Why does the RBI appear to shield NBFCs like SBFC Finance (and its co-lending bank partner) from consequences, while similar regulatory breaches by banks routinely result in publicized penalties and enforcement? यह रोड़ जोधपुर नागौर हाइवे NH 62 की रोड़ नहीं तो पानी निकल है नहीं रोड सही हो रही है 5-6 महीने से इसी ही हालत है और रोड़ तैयार करने आते तो फॉर्मेलिटी करके चले जाते दूसरे दिन वापस ऐसे हो जाती है
श्रीमान @nitin_gadkari से निवेदन है कि इस रोड़ को जल्दी तैयार करवाई
