Our AMAZING Kathryn!
Well done for keeping on that week! We love you!

[Elaine Paige @elaine_paige]

Here's the photo of poor Kathryn Norman I promised. We've all heard of the expression 'Break A Leg' but 'Break A Foot'!? Hopefully you'll be dancing again soon. And if anyone else has a story about an Onstage Mishap, email me at [email protected] & I'll read it out on @BBCRadio2

[MAOS @MAOSmusicals]

@elaine_paige @BBCRadio2 She is a star! Thank you Kathryn for all your hard work that week!

Phenomenal last-night performance of @DollyParton's workplace musical '9 to 5' by Maidstone Amateur Operatic Society at #Maidstone’s lovely @Hazlitt_Theatre.

Great to congratulate Director Tony Cassidy, the cast and crew backstage afterwards. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

9 to 5: Meet the Cast!⏰
Meet Julie, she has been a member for 32 years, joining in 91 and playing Hodel in Fiddler on the Roof
She has appeared in many wonderful leading roles, a few include Mabel, Pirates of Penzance, Gladys, the Pajama Game and Reno Sweeney, Anything Goes

[MAOS @MAOSmusicals]

Julie has loved every minute of travelling back to the late 70s to play Roz Keith, the office busy-body, not-so-secretly in love with Mr. Hart, and doing everything she can to undermine the rest of the office to earn his affections.

9 to 5: Meet the Cast!!⏰
Meet Barry… having only recently moved to Maidstone, Barry’s first production with MAOS was last year in Sister Act! He had such a good time, he went straight on to musically direct our now annual summer concert and has joined us once again as Joe. 1/3

[MAOS @MAOSmusicals]

When he was younger, Barry was a member of the @NYTofGB. Throughout his late teens and early twenties, appeared in a number of London theatre productions in the West End. He’s been involved in community theatre for 25 years now and never gets bored of popping up on stage. 2/3
