I have to point this out. As a trained fighter, most people can only punch and kick and wrestle for about a minute. Two minutes top unless they’re trained. When you train all the time you know that time is on your side. And as a fighter, the worst feeling is when you can’t move your arms and legs anymore, and you know the other guy is gonna pummel the shit out of you. I’ve been on that end earlier in my career. It’s not fun. Stay safe out there.
