Today we released a new report that finds while Medicare Part D is as popular and robust as ever, significant challenges to beneficiaries still exist. As always, we are committed to strengthening and improving Part D and believe this report provides a blueprint for doing so.

Among the challenges detailed in the report are rising out-of-pocket (OOP) costs with no true OOP maximum, a looming OOP cliff that will increase costs for beneficiaries even further in 2020, and a lack of resources to connect them with the plan that best meets their needs.
