Had my PhilSys registration and biometrics done last OCTOBER 2021 and the process was very smooth. I commended the office for that. Fast forward to today MAY 2023 ( 1.5 YEARS LATER), I finally got an sms from PSA that my ID is finally available FOR DOWNLOAD at their website.

I am displeased and disappointed.

I registered for PhilSys because of their promise "to provide a valid proof of identification for every Filipino which would help ease transactions with both government and private entities." But that doesn't seem to be the case right now.
