Nothing but standard replies on chats and even on calls, always saying they value the customer service. But in the end you get none. I will email you and you will see how poor your CS is doing. I am very dissappointed.

Long FB chats, phone calls and promises they would solve their error but......it ended in an email with a letter that my case is dreadlocked. So, they closed the case without any solution.
Is this how one is giving customer service?

Hi Jason, as a long term customer, for the 1st I had to deal with your customer service. Your team processed my case not as per my request. I got a very poor service with no solution.
