Stop letting an algorithm decide our fate. 😤
We are human, not machines. We deal with traffic, fuel costs, car maintenance, and personal safety every single day. Yet the platform’s system treats us like numbers deciding fares, ratings, and even suspensions without understanding our real struggles.
We own the car, pay for the fuel, take all the risks, and bear the stress, while the platform takes more than 30% of what we earn and calls it a ‘partnership.’ Let’s be clear, this isn’t partnership it’s exploitation.
The real question is, how long will these companies run away from their social responsibility to the drivers who actually keep the business alive? Without us, the app is nothing.
We demand respect, fair pay, and acknowledgment for the work that actually powers this business. The drivers are the backbone and it’s time platforms start treating us like humans, not data points. ✊

The biggest lie in the gig economy is this:
“Drivers are their own bosses.”
It sounds empowering.
It sounds like freedom.
It sounds like entrepreneurship.
But look closer.
@Uber controls the price.
@boltapp controls the customer.
@inDrive controls the ecosystem.
The algorithm decides who gets rides.
The app decides when you are visible.
The system can deactivate you overnight.
Then there is another word the platforms like to use:
“Partners.”
Drivers are called partners, but in reality they have no real influence over the decisions that determine their daily survival.
Real partners sit at the table.
Real partners help shape policies.
Real partners negotiate terms.
Drivers do none of these.
Drivers cannot set prices.
Drivers cannot negotiate commission.
Drivers cannot influence platform policies.
Drivers are rarely consulted before major changes are introduced.
Yet they are still described as partners.
So what actually happens?
The driver provides the car.
The driver pays for fuel.
The driver handles maintenance.
The driver carries accident and safety risks.
The driver absorbs the economic pressure.
When fuel prices rise, the driver suffers.
When demand drops, the driver suffers.
When commissions increase, the driver suffers.
Yet the system continues to repeat the same line:
“You are your own boss.”
Let’s be honest.
True entrepreneurs set their own prices.
True entrepreneurs control their customers.
True entrepreneurs own their market.
Most drivers in the gig economy control none of these.
They are not partners in the system.
They are the labor powering the system.
This is not traditional employment.
But it is not genuine entrepreneurship either.
It is something new.
Digital labor.
And until we begin to call it what it really is, the imbalance will continue to grow.
Platforms will scale.
Profits will rise.
But the people doing the work will still be told:
“You are your own boss.”
A statement that sounds powerful…
but hides a very different reality.

The Time Has Come for Us to Reflect.
We are the engine of this industry. We wake before dawn, we return home long after the sun has set. Our vehicles, bought with our sweat, are wearing out. The cost of fuel, maintenance, and repairs climbs ever higher, yet what we earn at the end of each day barely keeps us afloat.
This is not sustainable. This is not a matter of sentiment; it is a matter of survival.
For how long can we continue like this? We, the owners, who fuel the vehicles, who maintain them, who bear all the risk. The only thing provided is the technology the platform and yet, they determine our fares, they set our commissions, they dictate how we run our own businesses. What is left for us is often below cost price.
While we struggle from dawn till night, living from hand to mouth and sometimes borrowing just to survive or maintain our vehicles, others smile all the way to the bank.
This cannot continue. This is not balanced. This is not fair.
This is about strategy.
If we remain divided, we weaken ourselves. If we come together as one body, we amplify our voice. Without unity, there is no strength. Without strategy, there is no progress. There is no free lunch anywhere. If we fail to act wisely and collectively now, posterity will judge us.
This is our moment. We must face our challenges not with anger or fear, but with unity, clarity, and a strategic mind. We must say NO to exploitation. We must demand fairness. We must protect our livelihood.
Let us, therefore, resolve to:
· Set aside personal differences.
· Support collective action responsibly and peacefully.
· Make history the right way.
If we do not stand together now, the cycle will continue. This is the moment to organize. This is the moment to speak with one voice. This is the moment to act wisely.
Support the movement. Support unity. Support responsible collective action.
Together, we are stronger.

🚨UNBELIEVABLE: The gap of achievement between Leo Messi & Ronaldo could make a legendary hypothetical player! 😮🔥🐐
Imagine a footballer who achieved all of these:
🏆 3× Ballon d’Or
🏆 3× FIFA POTY
🏆 6× League Titles
🏆 7× League MVP
🏆 2× League Golden Boots
🏆 4× Domestic Cups
🏆 1× Golden Boy Award
🏆 2× European Golden Shoes
🏆 5× Best Playmaker Awards
🏆 2× FIFA Golden Balls
🏆 1× World Cup
🏆 12× Career Trophies
A resume so decorated that he would instantly be called one of the greatest footballers of all time! 👏
But here’s the twist…This “player” never existed.
Because this entire trophy list is just the difference between Leo Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo! 😱🔥
Yes; the gap between them is itself the career of an all time legend! That’s how far ahead Lionel Messi, the undisputed GOAT of football, truly is! 🐐🇦🇷
When the difference between two players looks like a Hall of Fame career….. You already know who stands alone at the top! ❤️🥶💫
