Second day began with an energising meeting of South Andaman DCC and Wimberlyguni Block Congress. Grassroots karyakartas are our strength — committed, aware, and determined to fight for people’s rights. 🇮🇳✊

But what struck me on the way was the pathetic condition of NH-4. This is the main artery of the island — riddled with potholes, poorly maintained, and neglected by the BJP Government. Is this the “Vikas” they speak of?

While BJP spends crores on ads, the ground reality in South Andaman exposes their priorities. Roads speak the truth — and today, NH-4 cries for attention.

Congress believes in building from the ground up — block by block, road by road. Our fight is not for headlines, but for the people.
