Major update on the Anycubic issue:

One of their departments finally stepped up and helped. Not sure if they realized SEEL wasn’t helping at all, or if I just got lucky and reached someone competent.

What I do know: Customer service will repeatedly send you to people who won’t actually help — especially if you bought the extended warranty/insurance.

Do NOT buy the extended warranty through SEEL. It’s completely useless for replacement parts or any real request.

They’ll happily handle shipping protection refunds/returns, and I’m sure Anycubic will too. But after everything I’ve dealt with the last few days, the whole setup feels like a scam.

Update from yesterday. @anycubic3dprint directed me to Seel since I purchased a shipping plan. They can't do anything except offer a return/refund. I have a 2 year protection plan and that turns out is through guardsman through Seel and they have no record of my plan. At this point I'm chasing my tail today.
