We must act NOW to ensure justice is swift, unyielding, and exemplary. We owe it to her, to her family, and to every woman who lives in fear, our nation’s soul depends on it.

I want to share with you the journey we've been on together. I stood with you, filing the PIL on June 20th. It was listed on June 29th but was dismissed by the Hon’ble CJI on grounds of locus standi, with the remark, "Let students come forward." Undeterred, I refiled the petition with students on July 31st, and it was listed for today, August 12th.

However, the Court has once again declined to interfere, stating that it would not be appropriate to question the cancellation of the exam at this stage. The Court did not deem our petition vague or untenable but chose not to intervene, noting that the government was being cautious after the NEET incident, which led to the cancellation.

I understand how heartbreaking this is for you. I can feel the weight of your disappointment because I, too, am deeply invested in this fight. I’ve poured my heart, soul, and every resource I have into standing up against this injustice. Yet, despite our efforts, the decision of the apex court must be respected.

But let me tell you this - my trust in you remains unshaken. If you’ve cleared this exam once, I have no doubt you can do it again. Though the outcome may not have favored us today, our collective efforts have sent a clear message. The NTA will be more vigilant, more responsible, knowing that the judiciary and the students are watching. If any wrongdoing occurs again, I believe the judiciary will stand firm against it.

I know my efforts may not have brought immediate relief to this current batch of students. But please know that our fight has paved the way for a fairer process in the future. I gave it my all, and though we did not achieve the victory we hoped for, we’ve made a significant impact.

Always keep in mind that I’m here in Delhi, your friend, your brother, standing tall in the Supreme Court, ready to fight for you whenever you need me. No matter what challenges you face, know that I’m here, with you, for you, every step of the way.

Thank you for your trust, your support, and your strength. This is not the end, it's a step towards ensuring that the rights of students like you are upheld with the utmost integrity.

Keep your faith in Mahadev. He sees what we cannot, and though this outcome may seem difficult now, it might be what’s best for us. We must trust in His will and find peace in His wisdom.
