Yesterday, I had the privilege of meeting this gentleman, who was one of the 4,000 security guards I insourced during my tenure as Executive Mayor of @CityofJoburgZA.

Hearing him speak about the difference insourcing made in his life reminded me why I fought so hard to end the exploitation of workers and will continue the fight upon my return.
