#Depression whispers that no one cares. Sometimes the struggle is learning not to believe everything sorrow tells us.

One of the trials of sorrow is that it convinces the heart that it has been forgotten. Yet the path of the believers has never been crowded.

Imam Ali (as) taught: ‘Do not feel lonely on the path of guidance because of the fewness of its people.’

When people fail to understand your pain, remember that Allah (swt) counts every tear, hears every silent prayer, and knows every wound hidden within the soul.

The loneliness felt among creation is not proof of abandonment by the Creator. Sometimes the heart breaks so that it learns to seek comfort from Allah (swt) alone.

The days of Muharram hit harder on those suffering from depression - reach out and comfort anyone you know facing a health crisis physical or mental.

Prayers for all those suffering in silence.

Eid al-Mubahila Mubarak!

On this day, Allah (swt) revealed the purity and virtue of the family of the Prophet (pbuh) affirming their unique position as guides for humanity. It serves as a reminder to remain steadfast in faith, sincere in our devotion, and committed to justice, knowledge, and compassion.

May Allah (swt) strengthen our love and loyalty to the Holy Prophet (pbuh) and his blessed Ahlulbayt (as), and grant us the ability to follow their example in our daily lives.

Eid al-Mubahila Mubarak to you and your loved ones. May this blessed day bring peace, mercy, and countless blessings to your homes.

“Indeed, Allah only desires to remove all impurity from you, O People of the House, and to purify you completely.”

اے ایمان والو! جب کسی جماعت سے تمہارا مقابلہ ہو جائے تو ثابت قدم رہا کرو۔ اور اللہ کو یاد کرو۔ تاکہ تم کامیاب ہو جاؤ

خداوند عالم اپنے بندوں کو جتنا زیادہ روز عرفہ آتش جہنم سے آزاد کرتا ہے اتنا اور  کسی دن آزاد نہیں کرتا ہے

A simple “Salaam” is not just a word in Islam it is a prayer of peace, mercy, safety, and love between hearts. Islam teaches believers not only to return greetings, but to answer with something better, spreading kindness and unity in society. Sometimes a sincere “Salaam” can heal sadness, soften anger, and remind a person they are seen and valued before Allah (swt).

Imam #Ali (as) said:

“Greeting with Salaam is seventy rewards: sixty-nine for the initiator and one for the responder.”

It is narrated from Imam Ja’far al-Sadiq that Imam Ali (as) advised:

“Whoever eats 21 red #raisins in the morning, Allah will repel from him every disease except death.”

A handful of raisins.
A whispered “Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim.”
A moment of gratitude before the rush of the day begins.

Sometimes healing begins not only in what we consume, but in the sincerity, discipline, and trust with which we begin each morning.
