The Ohio Immigrant Alliance just released “They Walk Among Us” — a report on 59 ICE and Border Patrol agents with documented histories of sexual and violent crimes, mostly against women and children.

The numbers: 85% of the 59 agents have been charged with or convicted of sex offenses. 63% specifically targeted children. Together, 59% committed sex crimes against kids — the single largest category on the list.

This isn’t a few bad apples. It’s a pattern.

And it’s accelerating. 2025-2026 alone account for 42% of all 59 cases. Compare that to 2020 — the previous peak year — which had just 6.

Whatever DHS is doing right now, it’s making this worse, not better.

CBP accounts for nearly 3 in 4 of these cases. Both agencies show high sex-offense rates (CBP 86%, ICE 81%), but ICE cases are more likely to involve child victims — 69% vs. 62% for CBP.

Under the SAVE Act, your military ID is not enough, your driver’s license is not enough.

Let me explain to you why the agreement Trump just announced with Saudi Arabia - giving them the ability to start a full nuclear program - makes peace with Iran much less likely. It's just more foreign policy malpractice.
