@virginmedia highly recommend everyone avoid this company! Shit customer service. Been left 6 months with no installation and been rescheduled 6 times since January. Pre install team and customer service team are useless! Been waiting for external works for the last 5 months

@virginmedia Yes that’s the phone number I’ve been given along with others. Compensation isn’t really going to help is it. I don’t think there’s anything that can be offered which will make waiting 7 months acceptable. Unless you can get my services installed this week I’m going to Sky

@virginmedia No I haven’t been told any reason. All I was told was that they were due to be completed months ago but Was told yesterday I have to wait another 6-8 weeks which will take us up to 7 months without installation. I’ve been constantly lied to about installation from the start.
