@2017FLTOY Q1: I think another impact I would like to incorporate is positivism. To look at the bright side of situations no matter how hard the task could be.

@DANIEL_J_ONEAL Amen! But I think some have to do with home. I think students are coming to us without the basic parental discipline. Some students speak to their parents in a way that I am still thinking twice before I answer to my mother.

@cguerrero8576 sometimes it is hard to delegate because you are afraid the job will not get done as you expected but if you trust the person you assigned it to, sometimes it comes out better than your expectations. it is hard but it is necessary.
