@Dyson I have contacted the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission as I believe that @Dyson have failed their obligation to repair or replace the faulty item within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to me.

@Dyson Bought a V11 on the 9th Oct 2023. It stopped working on 2nd Nov 2023. Reported to @Dyson on 3rd Nov. Dyson has failed to resolve the issue. Have had to contact them again today, now the 6th time I’ve had to contact them to try resolve the issue. Still not resolved

Asked that the issue be escalated and was told on the 14th Nov that I would be contacted within 72 hours by the escalation team. I was not. @Dyson have consistently failed to do what they said they would do to resolve the issue on 5 occasions.

Got in the queue for other enhanced experience tickets earlier today but go to purchase them and “something went wrong”

6th and final Marathon of the year, which was actually 3 races in one; Kildare Marathon (in person) Dublin Marathon (virtual) and New York (virtual). Conditions were perfect and great banter on the course and even a new PB for Martin to top off the day ⁦@dublinmarathon⁩

*Confirmed* back to school dates:- Jun inf - 2nd class or perhaps jun/sen infants return 1st March or maybe 8th March with all other pupils, or most other pupils definitely returning on 15th March or maybe 2 weeks, but possibly 3 weeks later. Hope that clarifies things 🙂
