Pathetic delivery service by ekart and illogical exchange policy of Flipkart.
Issue 1: I have ordered Bosch washing machine on Flipkart with exchange of my old washing machine on 20.04.2024 and was expecting delivery on 21.04.2024. (1/7)

@flipkartsupport @ekartlogistics On questioning them, they threatened me for dire consequences and forcibly took OTP for delivery. Their misbehaviour is clearly recorded in the CCTV footage. I demand strict action on them and want ATR, otherwise this issue will be escalated.(6/7)
