@stufflistings Is it ever a good idea to get the Pro iPhones in India?
US:
Base: 800$
Pro: 1000$
India:
Base: 80000₹
Pro: 130000₹
The price gap is staggering.
Reference:
1000$ Mac Air M1 costs 100,000₹
The iPhone Pros should’ve started from 100,000 INR.
They start 30k above.
@Oree_WWWD @Airtel_Presence Yeah they won't. Unless something big is affecting a lot of people.
No matter what they say, they still don't prioritise customer experience.
@JioCare @Oree_WWWD Lol. Nice joke.
Your people can't do a KYC properly, UBR system drops speed the exact same way as before & every time the power goes, I need to re-plug the ethernet cable otherwise the POE won't work.
And the advance payment for every plan change bull****
Best of services my ***
@Oree_WWWD @Airtel_Presence I don't think they plan on doing anything like that with Airfiber. For some reason this system will always be treated as a second grade option. Not a priority.
@Kapil74093@airtelindia@Airtel_Presence@jagograhakjago@BJP4India@BJP4UP Eh the government can't do much anymore really. Without businesses like theirs', our economy wouldn't progress.
They needed to block the free unlimited data by Jio disruption. Would've kept the competition alive.
Now with these 2, services will worsen while prices increase.
@Kapil74093@airtelindia@Airtel_Presence@jagograhakjago Lol. I guess they've earned enough for their lifetime.
Honestly, Airtel or Jio both are equally crappy. I'm sticking with Airtel for 2 things:
1. I can upgrade and downgrade a plan without paying a month's charge in advance.
2. Channel navigation system is better than JioTV+
@Kapil74093@airtelindia@Airtel_Presence@jagograhakjago Apparently they have some issue with adding IPTV to airfiber. It can be done if you cancel your current airfiber and book a new wifi which comes with Airfiber and IPTV in a black plan.
According to ground techs. I haven't done this yet.
@OnePlus_IN You just had to copy the damn design.
Now this button gets pressed when it's in my pocket triggering actions.
Why you got to copy everything? Don't you realise the things that are better in your own phones?
@Sankew06@Secularpurist@mjh84_matt Well, I guess one needs to study marketing to understand the elegance in what seems BS.
Sure it's not their best move. But it's still up there.
They're a trillion dollar company selling ordinary phones at $1000 repeatedly in volumes.
Clearly they're doing something right.
@Sankew06@Secularpurist@mjh84_matt Not justifying. Simply stating a very obvious point:
What's crap for 1 is food for another.
I agree, 14 had better cameras. It was also $800 on release.
This is a different phone at a different price for a different purpose.
I'm not happy either. But it's what we're getting.
@Sankew06@Secularpurist@mjh84_matt 1. I'll stick with elegant marketing.
2. They're not perfect, but better than most. On this matter.
3. You're missing the point. This is a marketing term representing something. Not an actual feature. You can't go back & label a feature.
4. The 2x crop is fusion on the 16 Pro.
@Sankew06@Secularpurist@mjh84_matt How you do not see something so apparent is beyond me.
'fusion' is tied to the ability of 2x full res crop. Not 48mp. That's it. Nothing ridiculous about it.
They've since used the term to represent the exact same thing.
It's quite elegant marketing wise.
@Sankew06@Secularpurist@mjh84_matt I have seen reviews. You won't buy the 16e cz the photos aren't decent for you.
To me they're decent. If I want good I'll get the 16. Great? I'll take the Pros.
Let the buyers figure out what's worth the price.
60Hz doesn't bother me, the buyer. But it kills the reviewers 🤡
