@eDreams This is odd. I have had an answer from Thai Airways. They aren’t allowed to give refunds due to surceance (see picture). So I get the feeling your not honest and leading me on.

@eDreams I allready reached out to Thai Airways. They gave me an immediate and honest answer. They can’t give refunds due to surseance. They can give vouchers, but you have to arrange this because I bought my tickets through your organisation. So can you help me 2/2.

@eDreams I’ve tried reaching you by phone, e-mail and Twitter. I get NO respond. I only get standard e-mails that you get no respond from @ThaiAirways. I know from Customer who booked director at @ThaiAirways that they do respond. So I want an honest answer an compensation 1/3

@eDreams so I would like to have my money back for the insurance. I also want compensation for the flight. If @ThaiAirways can’t give a refund due to surceance, I would like to use one of the other Available options. 3/3.

@eDreams like a refund or a voucher. I’ve paid a lot of money for something I didn’t get! I bought of my risk of this Investment at your Company with a cancellation insurance for ANY reason. But it turned out there was a reason: COVID and I couldn’t use the insurance. 2/3

@ThaiAirways My flight for July 16th an August 6th was canceled. I haven’t received a refund or a voucher. I’ve booked with @eDreams. They say you don’t respond to their Messages. I want to know where I stand and get Some kind of compensation 1/1.

And yet two questions: I’ve paid for a cancellation insurance for any reason. I couldn’t use this. Same for the Travel insurance I didn’t use. I want a refund in that. Can you help me?
