@gonzo7626 @LaFemmeBruin @MikeRegaladoLA this past Friday, I went into cardiac arrest after working out. I don’t remember any of it. I don’t remember going to work out. I was told yesterday that I had major blockage in arteries so I’ll have open heart surgery early next week……

….I did sustained some cracked ribs so when I cough, the pain is excruciating. I am nervous about this, so I could your prayers.

….meanwhile, the food at the hospital looked like cat or dog(fill in the blank), until I was made aware of other choices. I don’t get much rest. But I have been able to walk around the wing 3 times.
