@bmoreedchat A1: Daily I ask a question of the day on a video that teachers use as part of their opening ritual. It started during Hispanic Heritage month, the kids submit their answers, if correct their name go on the wheel of names and the winner gets a prize. I can’t not do it now 🤓

@bmoreedchat A3: I watch how they interact with their peers and teachers - what puts a smile on their faces. With my middle schoolers (and upper elementary) it seems like they prefer one on one encouragement from me if it’s specific just to them. #Bmoreedchat
