They arrested the President of the United States of America 4X, charged him 91X, indicted him 4X, spied on his campaign, sabotaged his first term, jailed his supporters, raided his private residence, censored him, gagged him, tried to bankrupt him, and attempted to remove him from state ballots.
When all of that failed they tried to assassinate him not once but four times.
And they go on national television to talk about how we need to vote for them to save democracy.
Stop Letting Youth Sports Control Your Sunday
In this powerful clip from Will Cain Country, David Pollack discusses the difficult choices parents face in the world of high-level youth sports. Pollack recounts telling a national travel ball coach that his family would not compromise on church, even if it meant his daughter lost playing time. He warns parents against the "busy, busy, busy" trap of the world and explains why it is essential to demonstrate to your children that faith always comes before the game.
My ten observations from spending 13 hours in the gym today:
1. For the love of God-please stop dribbling the basketball without a purpose-nothing drives me more crazy-you turn the ball over and it makes you a target for traps.
2. Mad respect for coaches who are honest with their players about their college potential.
3. There are a lot of players on the court who lack fundamental basketball IQ but are considered top players on their team because they take a lot of shots. The people who know, know.
4. You can tell which players watch womens basketball and it shows.
5. You can tell which coaches prepare for their opponents and it shows.
6. "No stat all stars" are my favorite players-they play tough defense, take charges, scramble for loose balls, force opponents into bad shots and make smart, unselfish plays that elevate the performance of their teammates. These are unsung heroes.
7. Referees are human. They make mistakes like we all do.
8. Team chemistry is evident. You can tell who plays with a team mentality and who plays selfish ball.
9. I would rather see a team with a .500 record but are playing high level competition-you will reap the benefits in the post season.
10. Blessed to have met so many players, coaches, families, and parents who make 13 hours in the gym worth it.
How do you get your players to play hard

Only read this if you want to be a stud.
Like a consistent stud, not just every once in a while.
(I’d save this + read it often, I need this reminder too)
As I see videos of all these guys working on their game, all they ever do is work on their combo dribble moves. Once the game starts only one or 2 guys actually use the combo dribble moves throughout game.
I wonder if anyone has individual workouts to learn how to:
Cut, angles on slips, screening off ball, different footwork when using a screen depending on coverage, how to get open without a screen,…
I could keep going for a while

"Lots of people dying for basically almost no changes in land, young boys who don't know each other, killing each other on behalf of Old Men who do know each other, there's lot of sons not coming back to their parents, most of them don't hate the other side"
Aubrey Elkins @SCA_OH- legit, great shooter. Moves well, outstanding guard skills with a knack for the ball. Excellent court vision and is able to see the game in advance. Anticipated well! #pghgrassrootsingemcity@PGHCircuit
Fit is everything. If your coaching staff doesn’t believe in your ceiling or have a clear plan to help you develop and reach it, then it’s probably not the right fit.
